The hibachi table at Teppanyaki is fabulous! It is delicious, and it never disappoints anyone. The service is fast, fun, and definitely the best place to have a party. When you have a birthday party or just celebrating a birthday the servers there will come out sing ¡°Happy Birthday,¡± and banging on a gong. Besides from the gong and the song you will also get your photo taken. If you like to eat inexpensive seafood, vegetables, and more then you HAVE to come here! Hibachi means that the chef comes out and cooks in front of you literally! The hibachi chef comes out in their uniforms, and makes fun jokes especially Huy Dong, and then they make a HUGE fire. After that they throw zucchini into your mouths, but you have to request it, then the chefs make a volcano out of onions! The onions are on fire and are flaring out fire. Definitely a five star -rating restaurant, a must try for anyone!

If you love sushi and can¡¯t find a fabulous restaurant with awesome sushi then I¡¯ve found it for you! Teppanyaki has freshly prepared fish daily, and only sells good fish never frozen. The sushi is marvelous there with Ivan one of the friendliest chefs you¡¯ll EVER meet. With his funny comments and nice attitude this is a definite plus! Even when it is super busy Ivan will make you feel at home he¡¯s never late with your order, and he always tries his best to comfort your every need. He will also talk to you, and make your food and every ones at the same time! He always reminds ne of superman. Ivan rocks and he¡¯s a definite five on my list!

The sushi bar at Teppanyaki has so many amazing qualities to it, it has a ton of specials my favorite is the volcano maki it has scallops, spicy mayo (chef special sauce), mushrooms, and so much more. And if you don¡¯t like some of the foods in it you can always get substitutions at no extra cost. My family loves the wide variety of sushi they have there! Even my kids who hated sushi after eating here love sushi now. I believe that Teppanyaki is fantastic and is like a miracle coming to the town of Franklin. Try it even if you have never tried sushi you¡¯ll never be disappointed trust me. You¡¯ll definitely love it here!!!!

This restaurant is absolutely wonderful for what it is. I have probably eaten there at least 25 times over the years, not including the many times they have delivered. And their delivery food is way better than any other Chinese I've had delivered. For the record, I am a total "foodie", "food snob", whatever! I am also a gourmet cook. This food is not anything like what you would get at an elite, high end, high priced, Boston restaurant or even what you could get at Zebra's in Medfield (great sushi there!) but it is consistently delicious and reasonably priced. I feel sorry for the person who gave the review without trying the food. If it is crowds they are looking for they ought to go on a Friday or Saturday night and wait in line. I have been there on a weeknight when it was quiet and the chef livened it up with his show for a small group. Anyway, back to the food, there is always a choice. You can sit at the cooking tables and do the whole teppanyaki thing, which is fun and tasty, especially for a group and for families. Or you can sit at the regular tables and order from a very extensive Chinese or Japanese menu and/or the sushi bar. Which is what I usually do. The service is very good and I have never had a bad meal there. I have taken many people there, all whom have loved it. Everyone can find something on the menu that they can eat, from simple familiar Chinese dishes to some more adventurous and unfamiliar Japanese dishes. This restaurant is my old standby when i just want to go out and have a nice uncomplicated casual night out. or just a quick dinner with my husband. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

We've been to teppanyaki several times.. The food is awesome, and the maitai's are strong! Never tried their sushi or chinesse food, but when you can get filet mignon with scallops that melt in your mouth, why would you. Could be decorated better, but a+ anyway!
